The challenge
The clinic ranked nowhere for its own specialities. Its old website was slow, not mobile friendly and had no appointment enquiry option. Patients were calling a landline that went unanswered during consultation hours.

- Rebuilt the site around individual speciality and doctor pages with reassuring, plain-language content.
- Implemented a three-field appointment enquiry form routed to the front desk inbox and WhatsApp.
- Executed local SEO: Google Business Profile, service-area pages, citations and a review request process.
