Terms & Conditions

Every engagement begins with a written quotation listing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts. Prices shown on this website are starting prices and may change based on the size of the project.

One-time projects are typically billed as an advance to begin work and the balance on delivery. Monthly retainers are billed in advance for each service month.

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platform or reimbursed to us at cost, separate from our service fee.

Timely feedback, content, approvals and access to accounts are needed to keep a project on schedule. Delays in providing these move the delivery date accordingly.

The number of revision rounds included is stated in your quotation. Additional rounds or changes to an approved direction are billed at our standard rate.

On full payment, the final deliverables, domain, hosting accounts and advertising accounts are yours. We may display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

We commit to the deliverables and the professional standard of our work. Search rankings, advertising costs and sales depend on factors outside our control, so specific revenue outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service.

Monthly services may be stopped with fifteen days written notice before the next billing date. Work completed and costs committed up to that point remain payable.
