Refund Policy

If you cancel after paying an advance but before any design, development or campaign work has started, the advance is refunded in full.

Once work has started, the advance covers the effort already invested and is not refundable. If you cancel mid-project, we invoice only for the stages completed and hand over the files produced up to that point.

Monthly services are billed in advance for the service month. A month already in progress is not refundable, and you can stop future months with fifteen days written notice before the next billing date.

Amounts spent on Google, Meta or other platforms are paid to those platforms and cannot be refunded by us. Any unspent balance held by us is returned.

If a deliverable does not match the approved scope, tell us within seven days of delivery. We will correct it at no additional cost. Our preference is always to fix the work rather than end the relationship.

Email brandkemy@gmail.com from your registered address with your project name and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within seven to ten working days.
